She advises companies on all matters pertaining to employment, especially in cases of individual termination of employment and collective redundancies.

She has extensive experience in creating internal regulations (work and pay rules, ZFŚS –Company Social Benefits Fund), drafting and verifying HR documents, employment-related contracts (work agreements, entrustment agreements, non-compete agreements, temporary work contracts).

She advises on matters of employment in M&A, transformation and restructuring projects.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in 2002.

She finished post-graduate studies in HR at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw (Szkoła Wyższa Psychologii Społecznej) and also post-graduate studies in labour laws at the University of Gdańsk.

She has been with the firm since 2003.

Advises the firm’s clients on issues related to the tax law. Supports analyses of agreements with retail chains and fringe benefits.

Ensures tax-related security of clients’ companies at restructuring processes. He provides key advice on the optimisation of M&A processes.

He represents clients’ interests during inspections and tax proceedings; he prepares transfer pricing documentation. He represents clients before administrative courts also in the cases of last resort appeal.

He is also the Chairman of the Board of the TAX BIS Spółka z o.o. accounting firm, which supports our firm’s services related to accounting and employee remuneration.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk in 2002. Entered into the registry of tax advisers in February 2005, he has been working as a tax adviser since April 2006.
